Sony have now released details on the 'Welcome Back' programme. Whilst you will not be able to claim your free titles just yet, you've got a wee bit of time to make the most important decision of your life; To LBP or To Not LBP.
These free welcome back gifts are only available to countries with access to the Playstation Store, in Europe we can expect all existing Playstation Network members (who were registered before April 2011) to be able to access the following from the Playstation Store;
Two PS3 games from the following list:
LittleBigPlanet
Infamous
Wipeout HD/Fury
Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty
Dead NationFor those with PSP accounts, you will also be eligible to download two PSP games from the following list:

ModNation PSP
Pursuit Force
Killzone Liberation- 30 days free PlayStation Plus membership for non PS Plus subscribers
- Existing PlayStation Plus subscribers will be given 60 days free subscription.
- For existing Music Unlimited subscribers, you will be given 30 days free subscription.
Sony are of course thankful to the developers that have made this programme a possibility, and there are a few small print issues which may or may not affect you; as previously mentioned you will have to have been a registered PSN user before the 20th April 2011, if you are, then you will have 30 days to redeem your free gifts.
30 days free of Playstation Plus is only available in countries where the service is offered, however do note that any free games you receive through using Playstation Plus will expire after the 30 days, but any items that you purchase with Playstation Plus exclusive discounts and such will be yours forever.
Whilst there are some titles that users were wishing for, the lineup is pretty strong, if you've never played LittleBigPlanet, now is your chance, and PSN titles like Wipeout, and Dead Nation will hopefully help you to forget your woes with the PSN. So, what will you be choosing?
Playstation Network members will be able to access the aforementioned titles, as soon as the Playstation Store comes back online, more information can be found at the Playstation Blog.
