A rather strange title that caught our eye recently is a subsection of the Ride to Hell series that no longer appears to be canned as everyone thought, the game is alive and well, and Deep Silver have announced a facet of the universe; Ride to Hell: Route 666 that will be coming to Steam, the Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network.
Ride to Hell: Route 666 is a real-time tactical beat’em up where players must beef up their road warriors and take them to the legendary Route 66 for merciless bike battles similar to Road Rash or Full Throttle, but with less Tusken Raiders.
Giving the correct formations to guarantee victory on the road is essential, and clever tactics will open up your enemy’s defences allowing you to get in on some rough action. As the leader of the pack you can either get your hands dirty or issue orders from the back.
Developed by Black Forest Games, Ride to Hell: Route 666 certainly looks like a unique game, and we can’t wait to see a little more on it! Currently it is scheduled for a release during summer 2013 on Xbox Live Arcade, Playstation Network and Steam.
