New Releases this week 05/11/10

Now marks a slight lull in releases, after gamers have been given huge titles like Fallout: New Vegas, Fable 3 and more niche games like Deadly Premonition, Naruto and Dragonball Z there is a quiet period this Friday before the storm of Call of Duty: Black Ops this coming Tuesday. However there is still a few impressive games in the line up this week.


Time Crisis: Razing Storm

The newest Time Crisis has snuck up on us somewhat, Razing Storm is a compilation of Time Crisis 4, Razing Storm a spin-off of the Time Crisis series and Deadstorm Pirates, compatible with Move, the Namco Shooting Collection is the game you've been waiting for. Everyone loves an arcade shooter, so if you've got a Playstation 3 and either a GunCon 3 or Playstation Move then you may as well pick up Time Crisis: Razing Storm.



007: Goldeneye

James Bond returns in a remake of the classic Goldeneye, not as Pierce Brosnan however, but as Daniel Craig, if you were a fan of the original check out the trailer for this beauty it looks stunning, with the good old return of split screen expect to receive nostalgia by the bucket load with this gorgeous FPS for the Wii. Which is receiving rave reviews, and not just because it's tied to the N64 classic.


Farming Simulator 2011

One of the most popular agricultural simulators returns in Farming Simulator 2011. With more farming equipment than ever before, and the capability of breeding livestock alongside the huge announcement of online play. Farming Simulator 2011 is one of the most impressive and highly anticipated simulators of the year. It's also highly addictive and has improved mountains on the last game, if you're into your sims it's definite worth a purchase this week.


Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage

It's the first Fist of the North Star title to grace the shores of the UK, and Tecmo Koei have done it in style. In their Dynasty Warriors engine choose from a host of heroes in the desperate post-apocalyptic times of the future, fight punks, thieves and wasters with special techniques and devastatingly gory attacks it is a great take on the classic anime series.


So whether you wish to test to see if Goldeneye will stand up against its former glory, or you've been waiting 20 years for a good Fist of the North Star release in the UK you're in for a treat this week.

We're still hooked on Rising Star Games' Deadly Premonition, but are definitely going to free up some time to tend the farm, what will you be buying this week?
