Konami have announced the launch window for the hotly awaited Metal Gear Solid HD Collection coming to the Playstation Vita to bring Vita owners yet another massive AAA title to the catalogue.
Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will be coming to the Playstation Vita this June feturing the classics Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater including updated graphics from the original releases on Playstation 2, and the ability to transfer save data across from their Playstation 3 copy of Metal Gear Solid HD Collection to their Playstation Vita so that they can stealth on the go.
Metal Gear Solid HD Collection on the Vita takes full advantage of the touch-screen and rear touchpad with optimised controls, and with their fingers players can zoom in on cutscenes, peer around corners, interrogate enemies, cycle through Snake's -or Raiden's- inventory and perform quick attacks with their knife.
Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will be available for the Playstation Vita this June, the transfer system is a fantastic addition to the game, and we suppose time will tell as to whether the touch screen controls are an help or hindrance.
