Paradox Interactive have released a new ‘Meet the Cast’ video to introduce players to four of the action-movie archetypes starring in their upcoming brawler The Showdown Effect. The video gives players a behind-the-scenes look at the cinematic multiplayer 2.5D combat game with some commentary from Arrowhead’s Johan Pilstedt and Emil Englund with some new game footage.

Fans that don’t know the specifics already will be introduced to Dutch McClone a time-traveling Austrian searching for his identity, Lance Koboldski, a burnt out cop with one day until retirement, Hailey Skye a young genius who will stop at nothing to uncover her father’s murderer and Shur Foo, Kung Fu master-cum-pawn shop owner who has a bone to pick with someone.
