New Deponia teaser trailer released

The highly anticipated adventure game Deponia is getting ever nearer to release, in celebration, Lace Mamba Global and developers Daedalic Entertainment have released an official teaser trailer, as well as a host of other media now available from the newly opened official website.

In case you don’t follow the adventure game scene, Deponia is the next big adventure game from the creators of the award-winning titles; The Whispered World, A New Beginning and Edna and Harvey. Their games are brought to life with Daedalic’s top-quality animation and humanist approach to story telling.

Deponia is a fast-paced comedy in what is being claimed as one of the most unusual love stories in gaming history. In a story filled with twists, it's off-beat characters live on the trash planet of Deponia, a unique world in the style of Adams, Pratchett and Groening. Deponia is brought to life through Kuvaq the improvised village built inside the trash heap, to the swimming black market and the dark corners of the elevated planetary railways.

Lace Mamba Global are bringing the blockbuster adventure game Deponia to the PC for the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Benelux countries and Portugal, beginning with the UK and Ireland in Q2 of 2012, we have been counting the days ever since the first screenshot was unveiled back in the Summer of 2010.
