It’s not a surprise that everyone loves Bejeweled, and in this day-and-age you just can’t simply say no to a zombie game. So the real question is why has nobody married the two in a beautifully twisted puzzle-orientated game?

Wait? They have! Fantastic, say hello to Containment: The Zombie Puzzler a new game that transports players to the sleepy town of Franklin best known for their award-winning apple pie, but most recently a Zombie outbreak feasting upon it’s juicy citizens.

The game is the first title from Bootsnake Games an independent startup founded by ex-dev of the Supreme Commander and Pirates of the Burning Sea teams. As massive fans of puzzle games, and coloured gem-based match-em-ups, they felt that replacing gems with 3D characters, and what better character than the zombie menance?
