With Germany and Tokyo already adding to the roster of cities that includes Vienna, Helsinki, Berlin, and Amsterdam, the two iconic American locations takes the series to the United States in Cities in Motion: U.S. Cities an expansion due for release January 17th 2012.
Both cities will be available to play in both campaign and sandbox mode and includes five new vehicles, new transportaion types; the iconic cable cars and trolley bus and plenty of American buildings, landmarks and commuters. With a range of new challenges players can either try and serve the City by the Bay as citizens and tourists cross the Golden Gate or the iconic cable cars, or they can attempt to tackle the traffice in the Big Apple making use of trolley buses as they move New Yorkers from borough to borough.
