2K Games has gone just that little bit further to promote Gearbox Software's upcoming first-person role-playing game; Borderlands 2. They have thought of a suitable challenge to see how extreme people will go to show their love of Borderlands.
The challenge involves bungee jumping off a crane. That's right; if you have enough courage to jump from a monstrous height with only a rope attached to your feet to stop you from hitting the pavement then you could be in for a chance to win a free copy of Borderlands 2. Or of course do a spot of bungee jumping for free.
On Sunday 23rd September at Ely's Yard down Brick Lane in East London everyone is invited to a free fall from the specifically designed bungee crane. Each jump will be on a first-come first-served basis and will take place between 10:00-16:00 at the Old Truman Brewery. Plus if you're one of the first people there you could also get a copy of Borderlands 2.
Ben Lawrence, UK PR Manager 2K Games said, "We want to provide an afternoon of extreme fun and discover just how psycho Borderlands 2 fans can get. A bungee jump is the perfect way to truly test your nerves and we're excited to bring the insane pleasure of the game into the real world!"
Borderlands 2 will be available on the 21st of September on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Windows.
